With 25+ years in autism services and ABA, Amanda has founded and scaled clinics, led multi-site teams as a CEO, and built health tech focused on clinical decision support and neurodiversity-affirming care. She is known for nonbinary thinking—helping leaders move beyond either/or answers in complex clinical, operational, and ethical decisions.
