Creator and champion of NonBinary Solutions (NBS) - a technology & consulting firm that designs bespoke Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) that dramatically improve the quality and efficacy of decision- making by offering a systematic and standardized approach to treatment planning. NBS’s interactive models solve several immediate problems in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by significantly reducing the time required to complete and standardizing the process of treatment decisions with all relevant and up-to-date data and literature at the user’s fingertips. The CDSS act as an interactive mentor for clinicians in a field where experienced mentors are difficult to find and retain.

Helped to develop and grow the business over a five-year period. Supervised the business and behavioral operations of 85 staff within 120-mile radius serving approximately 125 clients with autism and other developmental disabilities ages 2-16 using techniques guided by the science of applied behavioral analysis and verbal behavior methodology. Acted as community spokesperson. Provided leadership to officers in planning and decision-making policies. Coordinated development of policies governing company’s programs via Council on Accreditation Director and internal quality review.
